Fixing the Broken System

One of the ways I think a system can heal itself is from within.
Who are the people inside the Education System?
Teachers.
Teachers are the ones who run this mutha.
And if we are equipped with the empowerment to stand up for what's right, do best by our students and ourselves, what can stop us?
Awesome part is, we do all this most of the time anyway.

So let's not just sit back and comment on how broken the system is.
Let's lead ourselves through our own transformations and watch as our students and coworkers stand in awe with how much we enjoy our lives, our career and being examples.
