I tell you a story of becoming a Little League Baseball Head Coach by default when the official head coach stopped showing up, after ONE practice!  Ahem!

So, being the Assistant Coach and being committed to helping the players still have a season, I stepped up to pick up the slack.

But my old victimy habit brain got in the way and I started hearing myself complain about how unfair it was, how much work I was going to have to do, etc. And that kept me from realizing something very important.
